1. What is the Best Season to Get the snow ?
The best season to get the snow on winter treks will be January, February, and March, As winter is the right time to find most of the trek covered with snow. The snow-covered landscapes during winter can offer some of the most breathtaking views. The snow-capped mountains, frozen Lakes, and snow-covered forests seem like a Winterland. While the temperatures may be chilly, one can comfortably enjoy the trek with proper guidance, gear, and clothing. At last, if you are a beginner and want to experience snow, only winter is the best time for the trek.
2. Can people over the age of 50 trek?
Yes, people over the age of 50 can do the trek! Age is not a barrier to enjoying outdoor activities such as trekking. It's essential to prepare yourself before going on a trek, like doing daily exercises, running, and stretching to improve your flexibility. 5. How safe is trekking? Can we trust you for the trek?
Any adventure activity like trekking can’t be 100% safe. There will always be inherent risk factors on high altitudes, specially when it is Himalayas. But don’t get worried as neither driving nor is breathing in any of our metro cities are 100% safe! We at Extremeclimbers will take all the necessary precautions required for your desired High altitude trek. We will carry quality camping equipment which will be well suited for your adventure. Our experienced guide and support staff are the most valuable asset we have. They are hand picked professional locals to be along with you during the trek. Their decision making ability and faster actions become plus when safety may be at a stake. We carry basic medicine cum First Aid Kit on a trek. Additionally we keep oxygen cylinder available for any Moderate or Difficult trek. On most of the treks we have internal radio communication for higher safety.
